ANNUAL TOWN MEETING NOTICE

TOWN OF PORT WING – APRIL 21st. 2020 – 7:00 PM

Notice is hereby given that the Annual Town Meeting for the TOWN OF PORT WING in the County of Bayfield, State of Wisconsin, for the transaction of business as is by law required or permitted to be transacted at such meeting, will be held via Zoom Meeting on the internet. Anyone is welcome to join us. You will need to know the App Meeting ID and the Meeting Password. Please check our local postings (Post Office, Town Hall or Johnson’s Store) for these or call Marge at 715-774-3624 to request them. Meeting will be held on Tuesday, April 21st, 7:00 PM for the purpose of:

Annual Meeting Reports: Clerk. Treasurer. Sanitary District Sewer District. Cemetery. Fire Department. Citizen’s Input:

Annual Motions Needed:

Motion to designate the Security State Bank as Town Fund Depository.

Motion to authorize the Town Board to borrow, in excess of $10,000.00 for current operations.

Motion to set Annual Meeting for next year.      (Must be held the 3rd. Tuesday (which is April 20th, 2021) or within 10 days after the 3rd Tuesday in April) (Easter is on April 4th, 2021)
