8/10/2020 – Town Board – Board of Review
August 10, 2020 BOARD OF REVIEW MEETING
Meeting called to order at 5:00 pm. The meeting was held via Zoom with board members Russell Bailey, Ken Bodeen, Gary Williams and Marge Ogren in the Town office, assessor Perri Shuga Campbell was via zoom from her office in Bayfield. We did have one couple come in, Kenneth and Ann Zivic, they had sent us an “Objection to Real Property Assessment” form. We talked about the valuation of their property located in sec. 15 T48 R08 they recently purchased. The land is valued at $52,000 and they paid only $28,260. The assessor explained they cannot go by the purchase price; they have to go by what they consider the real value is so no adjustments were made.
Board of Review was adjourned at 7 pm.
